Our Mission
Bucks Frailty Care Consultancy Services
Bucks Frailty Care Consultancy Services LTD is a private consultant-led medical service offering virtual frailty consultations for adults aged 65+ across England. Led by an experienced NHS Consultant Geriatrician, the service aims to support independence and improve quality of life through personalised, evidence-based guidance.
Consultations are conducted via secure video and begin with a Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA), covering key areas:
Frailty classification, continence review, cognitive screening, falls and mobility assessment, bone health evaluation, medication review, and advance care planning.
A written summary and recommendations are sent within 10 working days. 30-minute follow-up sessions are available and focus on specific concerns. Bookings require 72 hours’ notice, and payments are made online ( No cancellations are permitted within 24 hours ).
Our mission is to help older adults make informed decisions, avoid harm, and live safely and independently.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
